Welcome to the Watton Sports Centre, the home of the Watton Sports & Social Centre. Here, you can relax in our bar, grab a snack or enjoy affordable sports, recreation, gym and leisure, right in the heart of Breckland. Our outstanding indoor and outdoor facilities are available to all, 7 days a week. Racket Sports, Pool, Snooker etc are on a Pay as You Go basis and Gym use is either Pay as you Go or a monthly or yearly membership at a discounted rate (additional discounts for over 65 and Blue Light card holders), so, come along and take a look — we have something for everyone and our large car park is free. Don’t forget we are a registered charity, and all profits go back into the centre.

Fully-Equipped Gym

Our fully-equipped gym is a perfect place to keep fit, build strength and enhance your physical and mental well being. If you would like a personal trainer one is available through Armoured Muscle.

Social Centre, Leisure & Hospitality Areas

Whether you like sports, martial arts, personal fitness, running or something else, there are clubs and classes to suit everyone at Watton Sports.

Sports Hall

Our sports hall has badminton, basketball, and netball courts, indoor football, table tennis facilities and space for kickboxing, zumba and more.

Multi-Purpose Badminton Hall

This hall is suitable for badminton or pickle ball and is also perfect for Pilates, films, dance, fitness classes, martial arts, or your own event.

Amazing Pitches for Football & Basketball and a Bowling Green

We have high quality football pitches outside as well as an all-weather pitch that’s suitable for football and basketball. For those wishing to try bowls we host the Loch Neaton Bowls Club.

Astroturf Pitch

Our Astroturf pitch is suitable for football training, hockey practice and many other ball games.

Courts for Tennis & Ball Games

We have 3 Tennis courts, and an all weather court for ball games including 5 or 7-a-side football.

Squash Courts

Our 2 squash courts are suitable for squash and racketball and have their very own viewing gallery. Equipment is available.

Pool & Snooker

At Watton Sports, we have a full-sized snooker table upstairs and a pool table downstairs in the bar area. Cues are available on request.

Kids’ Play Park

Children aged up to 12 will enjoy the exciting outdoor play park provided by Watton Town Council, which includes 2 swings, 2 baby swings, a big see-saw, a climbing frame and a slide.

Spaces to Hire

Many of our spaces are available to hire for your own special event, celebration or meeting. These include our main sports hall, the badminton hall, our bars, lounges and more. Free High Speed WiFi

About Watton Sports & Social Centre

Watton Sports Association & Social Club provides Watton and the surrounding areas with safe, affordable, high quality sports and leisure facilities. We are a Charity and all income goes back into maintaining the centre. Our board of Trustees are unpaid volunteers and only staff are paid.
